Terms of Service

The MyCarDealer service at mycardealer.eu is operated by Techdrive s. r. o., with its registered office at Novomeského 3918/21, 058 01 Poprad, Slovakia, Company ID (IČO): 56377797, Tax ID (DIČ): 2122285990, VAT ID: SK2122285990, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Prešov, Section Sro, Insert No. 48206/P (the "operator").

The service is intended for businesses that trade in cars. It is not offered to consumers.

MyCarDealer compares used cars with publicly available listings in Slovakia and the Czech Republic and calculates an indicative market price, the expected margin and the maximum purchase price.

• It searches listings and auctions across Europe and shows cars that can be bought below the Slovak and Czech market price.
• It offers paid add-ons (listing text, showroom photos) paid from prepaid credit and access to cars offered by private sellers.

The market price is an estimate based on advertised prices. It is not an expert appraisal and no guarantee that a car will sell at that price. The operator is not a party to any purchase contract and neither buys nor sells cars.

Access is granted by the operator after verifying that the applicant is a car dealer. The operator may refuse or cancel access if the service is misused.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for everything done under your account. Auction portal accounts you connect are used only to download lots on your behalf; you confirm you are entitled to use them this way.

• The subscription is paid monthly in advance by card with no minimum term: Start €99 per month, Profi €199 per month, Business €399 per month. You can cancel at any time; access lasts until the end of the paid period.
• Add-ons are paid from prepaid credit. Unused credit is not refunded.
• Unlocking a car offered by a private seller costs €19.99 as a one-off fee. Dealers with an active subscription unlock offers at no extra cost.

Prices are quoted without VAT. VAT is added at checkout according to the applicable rules.

Unlocking gives you the seller's contact details immediately, so the unlock fee is not refundable. The operator does not verify information provided by sellers and is not liable for its accuracy, for the condition of the car or for whether a deal is concluded.

The seller's contact details may be used only to negotiate the purchase of that car. They must not be passed on to third parties or used for other marketing.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. The operator neither sees nor stores card details.

A receipt for each payment is sent by e-mail.

If the service was not provided as described in these terms, write to info@automarza.sk. The operator handles complaints within 30 days at the latest.

The operator aims to keep the service running continuously but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Market price data comes from public third-party listings and may be incomplete or out of date.

Decisions to buy or sell a car are yours alone. The operator is not liable for loss arising from decisions based on an indicative price or from the conduct of the other party to a deal. To the extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms and any relationship arising from them are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, in particular the Commercial Code. Disputes are settled by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.

The operator may change these terms. Subscribers are notified of changes by e-mail in advance. Contracts concluded before a change are governed by the version in force at the time of conclusion.
